The Santa Fe Opera House is beautiful and Puccini’s La bohème was a great experience for my first opera. Picture of the group who went with me to come.
Hey! La bohème was my first opera, too! La Traviata was my second, and Violetta was an old friend of mine.
Ack! A response at 2:23am my time! Wowzers! Oh wait. You’re in Hawaii. Never mind. 🙂
I have heard good things about La Traviata. If I get the chance, I shall definitely see it. What I would really like to see at the moment is some Gilbert and Sullivan.
