Sometimes we hike the trails of life and turn around to see how far we have come. We might see our prints upon the soft earth, the grasses that we have disturbed, the scenery we have crossed, and it might stir memories within us.
Other times we might look up from our travels to find ourselves in unfamiliar territories. “How did we get here,” we ask. We kept moving. We traversed obstacles, significant ones, and yet we have only a vague recollection of such occurrences.
I am not going any place in particular with this, right now. It’s just an observation.
